Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Birch Robot boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
